I recently visited Anderegg & Thomas Periodontics, and I was truly impressed by Dr Thomas's approach. She took plenty of time during the initial visit to thoroughly examine my gums and educate me in detail about my gum health—explaining how periodontal inflammation connects to systemic health, overall well-being, and potential long-term complications if left unaddressed. What stands out most is her unique, holistic perspective. Even though she's a specialist in gum health and periodontal care, Dr. Thomas genuinely focuses on your entire health picture. She treats you as a whole person rather than just a set of teeth and gums, and it's clear she's deeply invested in long-term wellness and prevention. Her compassionate, thorough style made me feel truly cared for and empowered with knowledge. Highly recommend this practice if you're looking for thoughtful, comprehensive periodontal care that goes beyond the basics!!!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Thomas & Anderegg in Bellevue, and it’s been a really positive experience. The team is welcoming, easy to talk to, and clearly cares about making people feel comfortable at every visit. They take the time to listen, explain things in a way that makes sense, and make sure patients never feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and care about the people they’re helping. It’s been great collaborating with such a kind, dependable team. If you’re looking for a dental office in Bellevue that feels friendly, honest, and patient-focused, Thomas & Anderegg is a great choice. Thanks again to Dr. Thomas for being so awesome!

I visited this clinic and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff’s attitude during my appointment felt dismissive, and I did not feel respected or heard. I was also disappointed with Dr. Andrewegg. The service I received did not meet my expectations, and communication was unclear. Overall, I felt uncomfortable and poorly cared for. This level of professionalism was far below what I expected. I do not plan to return and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was a patient of Dr Anderegg for many years and loved the service I got from him and his office. However Dr Thomas is another story. She installed an implant crown which came loose not long after installation. I went back to her office expecting her to tighten it. Instead she gave me an "exam" and told me it was loose....hey, I knew that. She billed me for the "exam" and told me she would charge me to fix her mistake. Really? Fortunately for me, Dr Anderegg fixed the problem at no cost. Dr Thomas (who now runs his old practice) wanted him to bill me. He chose not to do that but I still got a bill from Dr Thomas for her "exam"...and, after I told her why I didn't feel like I should have to pay it, I got another bill with a letter saying they would send it to a collection agency if I didn't pay. I paid the bill and decided to leave some feedback online---thus this review. If you want a DMD who stands behind their work--look elsewhere.

Dr. Thomas and her team have always given me superior care and done their best to address all of my dental health needs. Their gentle approach makes even complex procedures feel manageable, and I truly appreciate how they take the time to explain every step clearly so I always feel informed and at ease. The office uses state-of-the-art technology, which gives me confidence that I’m receiving the most advanced care available. Appointments are consistently on time and efficient, yet never rushed — they balance professionalism with genuine compassion. The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating an atmosphere where patients feel valued and respected. Thanks to Dr. Thomas’s expertise and dedication, my gums and overall oral health have never been better. I feel the long-term benefits of her care every day, and I know I’m in the best hands possible. Absolutely perfect – AWESOME!! I couldn’t ask for better care, and I’m grateful for the excellence Dr. Thomas and her team bring to their patients.

I just went to Dr. Thomas for a bone graft for an upcoming implant. I can honestly say she has got to be one of the top periodontists there are. She and her staff are very warm and welcoming and make you feel totally comfortable. Any anxieties just fade away. Dr. Thomas is extremely intelligent, very kind and fun- and puts you at ease immediately. The materials she uses are of highest quality and I could barely feel her in my mouth. Her quality of work is extraordinary - and I appreciate her patience and willingness to discuss all the options. Best bed side manner as a Dr.! She is fully trustworthy and if I could give a 10 star rating I would!

I have never written a review before for any business but have to rave about the care I received from Dr. Thomas. During my first appointment with her, she took the time to review my brushing and flossing technique and to catch where I could make improvements. I really appreciated her allowing me to ask questions and to have me demonstrate my technique so that she could improve upon it. In doing so, I was able to learn about things I had been doing incorrectly for years. Dr. Thomas also took the time to discuss other ways I could improve my dental health. Overall, I cannot think of a better periodontist to visit.

I needed to get a biopsy done and was worried about it. I called to schedule and they were booked, but Pat at the front desk worked really hard to find an opening and eventually got me in. The office is very comfortable. Dr. Anderegg was very friendly and listened to my concerns. He had also heard from my dentist and that was reassuring. He explained how the biopsy would go and performed the procedure in just a few minutes. He numbed my mouth and after the initial injection, it was painless. I felt fine when I left and ran a bunch of errands afterwards. The recovery period has been painless. The entire experience was efficient, comfortable and straight forward. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a periodontal procedure.
